With the API, every action arrives in your systems as a structured action, with its intent, its values and the context behind it. Your web, mobile or portal interface decides how, where and whether to show it. inncivio provides the intelligence; you own every pixel and every word your users see.

The inncivio in-app layer: the fastest path to live

A lightweight JavaScript layer loads on your web platform. It captures anonymised footprints, encrypts them in the browser and renders interventions as an overlay. It never modifies your application code or backend logic.

Each intervention is built from a layer, a blueprint with two parts:

• Positioning: where the element appears, anchored to your page with CSS selectors, with a similarity-based fallback when a page changes.
• Content: what is shown, such as text, images, audio or video, written from your own product knowledge.

The in-app layer can show pinpoints, tooltips, inline messages, highlighted buttons, a sidebar assistant, a search helper, modals, and audio or video explainers. inncivio's positioning model chooses the surface and placement most likely to help, and you decide which surfaces are enabled.

Escalations to your teams

Some moments are better handled by people. An action can go to a support, sales, advisory or operations desk as a task, with the evidence attached.

You stay in control

Whatever the delivery mode, every action can be reviewed before activation: show it, stay silent, or choose a different channel. Every decision is recorded in a trace your team can open.
